1991 Reunion

In 1991, Leonard Rogers organized a reunion of the surviving crew members and their families. They were welcomed back with open arms by the citizens of Ontonagon and Silver City, with dinners, presentations, and services.

Picture taken in front of a prop of 42-30762 which is mounted in front of Silver City Outfitters. This is the site of the former Paul's Bar, where the first of the crew to bail out walked to for help. This is also the site of the base of operations for the resulting search-and-rescue operation.
